The private hot spring in the River View Room did not meet expectations, often not hot enough for enjoyment, which was a major disappointment. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, showing signs of mold in the bathroom and dusty air vents, making it feel unwelcoming even by Japanese standards.

Family experience, maybe not worth the expense
The private onsen was a luxurious experience and the staff were kind. Especially the young lady serving our meals who even went out of her way to translate a pickle for me.
Although the experience was costly, it was acceptably enjoyable.
